Naam Yoga believes that meditation is an important component to healing the beach and ocean. That's why the group is putting on "One World Yoga Circle," a community day of peace and healing at Santa Monica Beach. This free beach yoga class is Naam Yoga's final National Yoga Month event. All Heal the Bay yoga lovers are invited to attend.

Garden in the Sea (Jardin en el Mar), screening as part of DocuWeeks, is a documentary about saving Mexico's Sea of Cortez. Over four years, the director followed Spanish artist Cristina Iglesias to the Sea of Cortez where she was commissioned to create an underwater sculpture that would gradually help enhance marine life. The film not only talks about the role of art but also about the wider environment.
