Corporate Healers can sponsor and host Beach Cleanups! Your business can build corporate spirit, feature specific brand(s) and promote your company's environmental stewardship and volunteer efforts, all while being part of the solution to ocean pollution. If you're seeking a branded experience, tailored for a one-time beach cleanup, the Corporate Healer program will give members of your company the chance to learn about and participate in the conservation of our coastal resources, while effectively marketing your involvement to thousands of other environmental advocates.
The Program
Cleaning the beach this way is fun and simple, it only takes a few hours and is very flexible. As a Corporate Healer, Heal the Bay will take care of the details of your exclusive beach cleanup experience. Simply select a Corporate Healers Sponsorship level from the available marketing opportunities. All the cleanup-specific details (location, date, time, etc.) are up to you. We require only a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice to accommodate Corporate Healer sponsorships requests.
Once you've chosen a Corporate Healer sponsorship level, selected a location, and submitted your request online, it's time to clean the beach! Heal the Bay facilitates your participation by providing cleanup supplies (trash bags, recycle bags, data cards, pencils, and gloves) and (optionally) coordinating lunch for volunteers. As a Corporate Healer you also have access to the Heal the Bay logo for use on any outreach or promotional materials (including press releases, mailers, posters, tshirts, or giveways). In addition, your participants will receive an educational presentation by Heal the Bay staff members as part of your Corporate Healer benefits. The presenter explains stormwater pollution issues, how to run a safe cleanup, and the importance of recording each item that is picked up on the data cards.
