Join us at our pop-up store experience in Santa Monica, where we’ll be hosting live music and teaching visitors how to create their own “Hint of Ocean” scented, soy candles, one of our celebrated offerings for Buy the Bay 2.0.
WIP FLASH is a MOPLA (Month of Photography L.A) event featuring Women In Photography. Join us for the west coast premiere of sculptor and marine conservationist Victor Douieb’s shark sculpture exhibit on Friday, May 6th and Saturday May 7th, from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm at our Santa Monica Pier Aquarium.
The world famous Santa Monica Pier and the Honolua Surf Co. will kick off the summer of 2011 with the Santa Monica Pier Paddleboard Race and Ocean Festival, featuring paddleboard races, dory competitions, outrigger canoes, live music and a surfing, lifeguard and paddleboard “museum for the day” on June 11, 2011.
Join us for the opening of Jack Sierad's Sea Glass Art Exhibtion Saturday, April 2nd at the James Gray Gallery. Jack's work use only hand-picked glass fragments from the Pacific ocean. Each piece contains 4-5,000 individually selected fragments which are manually assembled into unique and beautiful figurative works.
The exhibition will be on displayed through April 24th, with a portion of proceeds to benefit Heal the Bay.
