Naam Yoga celebrates its first anniversary with free classes all day Monday, October 29. Doors open at 7 a.m. and continue with a range of free classes until 10 p.m. Classes include Zumba, Gyrokenisis, Pilates, Yoga for Spinal Health, Candlelight Vinyasa, Naam Yoga, Shakti Naam and special Full Moon Workshop.
